Monitor defaults not working (Debian 11)

i have just started working with a second monitor (Phillips brand) and it was automatically set to the default of my two monitors (The other ones Asus) and when i use monitor settings to change the Asus to the default the panel stays on the Phillips screen. the Phillips uses VGA and the asus uses HDMI.

System specs & do you have a hybrid GPU, ie: intel or AMD APU and NVidia or AMD GPU?

Have you gone into Display settings choosen the proper monitor and toggle it as a Primary Display?
