I have just used Rufus to install Lubuntu 18.04 on a Samsung N130.
The N130 used Win XP (now erased during Lubuntu installation).
The installation seemed to go without a hitch until near the end when
it asked for a Boot Loader and, as far as I can remember, gave a list of
choices for one of these. I was not aware of these and may have ticked the wrong (or no) box!
Lubuntu seems to be on the N130 but nothing happens when it’s fired up.
To check the N130 was OK I loaded Puppy on a USB stick, all was well.
Can I assume that Lub is there waiting and all it wants is Grub to start it, and if so,
can I just install Grub alongside or do I need to go through another laborious full install.
