Linux System Hard Disk Alarms

Hi,

1. I don't have years of experience in Linux and Storages.
2. Doing Remote Maintenance of the system
3. A person in the remote site had informed that there are several RED indicating alarms in the servers/storages
4. Most of the servers are running with Suse Linux
   1. ---- "SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP1 (x86_64) - Kernel 2.6.32.59-0.15-default (2)."

I need support on checking the server space / DB space / logs related to alarms

(The AMC has been expired and need to do everything by ourselves.)
