Linux monitor no signal

Hi Everyone
I have a problem.
I use ZOTAC RTX 2060 as the display monitor and my server is Ubuntu 18.04.
I find that when CPU of server is not working, there isn't signal at screen.
It shows no signal and I need to restart the server.
I reinstall Windows and this issue isn't be happened.
I think maybe it's dormancy.
But now I still no idea how to set up.
When I use Linux operation and this issue is happened, but I need to use Linux.
Please help me.

If you are able to see grub, try adding the nomodeset option(after the quiet option) to your kernel parameters. Once you are booted into a graphical environment you should install the Nvidia proprietary drivers from there and then reboot to see if it now works without adding the nomodeset kernel parameter.
