Solved Lenovo IP Slim 3 Chrome 14IAN8 with Linux?

Hi,

I'm thinking on buying this Notebook: Lenovo IP Slim 3 Chrome 14IAN8 Storm Grey, Core i3-N305, 8GB RAM, 256GB Flash

Maybe i will also run Linux on it in the future, anyone got experience if this piece of Hardware works fine with linux or any problems?

Welcome to the forums,
installing Linux on a Lenovo IP Slim 3 Chrome 14IAN8 is not straight forward, you will need to get inside it to disable the chrome write only security measures to the BIOS.
Consider getting a 3-5 yr old refurbished windows laptop

But then the whole Hardware works or any Problems once a normal debian distro is installed?

Edit: Nevermind, found the Lubuntu Installation Guide for it. The Sound is a bit of a Problem, but it works.

Sound is a problem with most distributions, touchpad sometimes has problems
