Java stops, how to restart

I am new to Linux
I am using Mozilla as my browser.
I am having problem with java stopping when using wunderground com for my weather forecast.
Is there a way to restart Java without restarting Mozilla?

Thanks. I'm trying to get used to Linux.
Not so much Linux but trying to get my Windows Programs to work on Linux that there is not an equivalent Linux compatible program available.

I'm not entirely sure what is not working on that page. What java program is not working? The Flash and Javascript parts of the site are working for me.
