Hey everyone
So, this has been bugging me for a while now and can't really figure out why it's happening. I'm running a Dell Optiplex 790 on an i5-2400 quad-core processor, not exactly sure how fast the hard drive in this thing is but even with the simplest tasks i can see the CPU jumping to iowait 350%. Is this normal or is it just me?
