installing ofline

    hello all. . .
    yesterday i try install software in my linux mint,but i can't install,
    so, how to can i install to offline??
    pleace guys help mee

    The only way to install software without the internet is to have the software on some sort of external media, like a thumb drive or a CD. There's an application called APTonCD (available in the Ubuntu/Mint repositories) that helps you install software from a CD. You need an internet connection to get the software and save it on a CD, but then you can install it from that CD to any computer without an internet connection.
