So I've set up the grub snapshot menu before with BTRFS, but it was easy as I hadn't figured out how to set up the encryption yet. Pretty sure the reason why it's not showing up now is due to LUKS. I think I have to modify something with the boot order so that GRUB is able to display the btrfs snapshot information, but I'm not sure what.
Can I make it where it prompts me for the disk encryption password and shows the GRUB menu with the different options including the btrfs snapshots? Something like that. I read a thread somewhere of someone doing something similar, but I can't say I entirely understood and its possible their solution wasn't what I thought it was.
