Have you ever had this weird problem with Steam?

It doesn't prevent me from playing games, it's just annoying. If I close any of the two instances, both are closed and if after that I start Steam again, it works just fine until the next system reboot.

For an unknown reason ever since the LTS kernel jumped from 6.1 to 6.6, Steam opens 2 instances of itself. The first instance which is the normal instance is the one with the GTK look. The second instance which appears 1 or 2 minutes I've started Steam, looks like Crapindows 98. Normal (GTK)...
