If the application balabolka runs in wine I would like it to activate global hotkeys. For example I want to send F5 to it when I'm pressing F5. The window will probably not be in focus (I have to set a global hotkey). I want the hotkey to have priority over other applications hotkeys even kde plasma during the time that balabolka is running. When balabolka is not running the keys will go back to be used by whatever program uses them as hotkeys normally.
Is this possible in linux if so how do I do it?
All suggestions appreciated even if they perhaps not work on kde plasma.
