Emergency Error when booting

Whis Error apears:

When I press enter the same message appears over and over again.
Else I cant write anything down, only press Enter, but the sage error apperts again

I've tried a Live Bootable USB but that doenst help
me or I made something wrong.

Hopy you cam help me out. Thank You
 


To get a root shell, run in the terminal:

sulogin --force
Hopefully that will open the root shell, without needing a password, from where you can look at the logs, as suggested in the message by running the suggested command. See if the log information is useful to you, or post it here (if it's not too long) or post it on a pastebin site and leave the link here.
