You can download it on the link below:

The ISO which you download should be burnt to CD, then you can boot from from it and install the OS.

There are other distros beside debian ofc, you might want to search about differences between them before choosing which one to install.
I personally prefer debian because it's minimal and stable so I'd suggest that.
 
1] Choose your distribution
2] go to the distribution web site
3]select the correct build for your machine, [32 bit/Arm/amd64] in most cases it will be AMD64
4]click the download button and wait for it to download.

if you are given download options [mirrors ] then check for the one nearest you.
DO NOT download from 3rd party sites

Welcome to the Linux.org Forum.

You can download many of the popular linux distrobutions from right here click on the Download Linux tab.
Once downloaded you need to burn the .iso file to a usb stick 4 gbs or better. I suggest you use Etcher found here
