command to send traffic

hello,
I need to know if anyone grants a command to send certain traffic to a specific port,

The thing is that I'm trying to configure an alert that if through X interface and X port there are memos or more than an amount of traffic that alerts me (by means of librenms) but to test it I don't know how to send that specific traffic that falls within the ranges or Get past them to see if it works.
