Cant upload profile pic

Hi All I'm new here and was wondering if you can help. I can't seem to upload a profile pic. It keeps telling me the size is invalid. Im on my Mac as of now does that make a difference? If not what should I do? Thanks!!

Can you shrink the pic size? I am not sure what program to use on Mac, but in Windows, you can simply use Paint to resize the picture if you have no other means.

I increased the weight of the files allowed for both avatars and profile pics - give it a shot now.
