Can't find a Android emulator for LMDE

I'll keep it short: I am looking for a FOSS Emulator for Android apps that run fully offline from the content in the APK only. Can't find one for LMDE, (Linux Mint Debian Edition) There was Waydroid but I cant use that (as far as I am aware).

Was going to ask this to tuxbot, but yeah, :sob:

There was Waydroid

I think waydroid is still available for LMDE you need to download the Ubuntu/Debian derivatives version from the waydroid site.

Waydroid is the alternative to the now defunked Anbox
