Hi i'm quite a noob with Linux I have tried everything I could think of in order to boot linux installation from bootable usb (tried various usb creation apps like belena etcher, rufus, etc...) and it seems like my lenovo thinkcentre is a bit old and the BIOS is up to date (supposed to) and please anybody who knows these kinds of things your help will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

which version of the M70
you may have to enable the first boot from usb in the bios [if it is pre 2010 it may not be usb bootable and you will need to use a DVD install disc.]
to enter boot jiggle the Fn key as you switch on
