Bluetooth speaker do not auto connect at startup

On Cinnamon Mint 22.3 the Blueman autoconnect plug in did not work on my bluetooth external speaker, I have to manually connect after I log in. I also noticed something weird is the "Info" panel shows the device Trusted is no but It was checkoff as marked on the Blueman setup panel and the device is connected and working.
