After restarting the vMware server, the redhat server does not work

Hello
The new technician somehow inadvertently restarted our server. After the restart, almost all virtual servers started up to the server where REDHAT 5.1.19.6 and the CISCO LMS Prime application are running. We have the following problem there:

I tried to come up with a solution, but I couldn't I started by downloading ubuntu and running a live cd. There I tried to repair the disks via fsck but failed Do you know how to kick me how I should proceed?

Rhel5 is End of Life, if it is a production server create a Redhat support ticket.

I have no support for redhat. No one has ever given us access to support. Is it possible to solve it without redhat support?

How were you getting updates for your system when RHEL5 wasn't End of Life yet? I'm guessing you have never updated your system because you can't get updates without having a RHEL subscription. I would boot from an actual RHEL5 disk into rescue mode and then try the fsck.ext3 on your root volume from there instead of doing it from Ubuntu.
