also I found the sha number thingy on the official website of manjaro, but how do I figure out the number of the file I downloaded?

I downloaded it from the manjaro website(https://manjaro.org/downloads/official/kde/), I have already tried three different usb drives, and here is the exact file: manjaro-kde-21.1.4-210927-linux513.iso

And I understand completely if that process varies from case to case and that giving me the steps would be nigh impossible(that has happened to me before with something else so I am prepared for it)
