not interested in dicord but some app in linux had server in discord and i need service support

so created account in discord with protonmail (i dont know if this save for my protonmail or not) and enter to this server

but next day when explorer discord they forced me to give them my phone number??

so why i give them my number and thay had a worst rumors in privacy, i will even give my id to bill gates or mark zoker and not give them my identity

so you will give them any info about you identity even if this platform had a bad rumors about privacy and users DB

and why most servers not put a bridge for stoat or fluxer

I stopped using discord, I'd never give my phone to any service.

If anyone needs my phone they need to demonstrate that they want to contact me including a valid reason why.
If they only want my number for the sole purpose to collect it, but do not have intention to contact me then they can accept to do you know what.

also they need to check your id imagine that

but alas most of service activity its in discord so i wish they made bridge to stoat or fluxer to not move to this spyware app

It's very simple, a website's job is to provide security features related to account if they want to, but whether a user will make use of these features or not should be up to user.

Any attempt at enforcing something is a story for small children, with hidden meaning like collecting data.
Services bet on people new to online world because new people know nothing about it, for them this is normal and required, for the rest and few of us, we know it's not.

let's talk about stopping to create topics. that are named beginning with "let's talk about..." also with those ugly "memes."

i once wanted to join a group of programmers on "discord." this is because they might have abandoned their forum. i clicked on the invitation link. but i was put off at the time. because i didn't have a mobile device on me.

as the years passed. i'm glad i was spared of such a headache. i belong to that forum and generally people there are respectful. it might not be that way. on a different internet social-networking place. with different dynamics.
