sound not working in ubuntu 23.10 laptop infinix

I have noticed other people with sound issues in 23.10
Install a different OS....Ubuntu is ok....just a different one....or you could try Linux Mint 21.2
During the install of either one, if a box requires a tick to install extra drivers etc etc....tick the box.

Ubuntu 23.04 reaches EOL in about three months.

So, 23.10 reaches in approx January, 2024
23.10 only has limited testing... Be prepared for limited support if you encounter problems due to that limited testing.
There will be no upgrade path when Ubuntu 24.04 LTS) is released.....so you will be faced with another Fresh install anyway.
