After a loong break, I come back ! @f33dm3bits , I can say that the problem is not due to blank line at the end... Nothing changed, still gives the "uninitialized ..." error. However, the first error disappeared. I do not know how deep the Linux OS' systems, but it seems too deep for me most of the times. Until now, nothing problematic about stability etc. of the system at the shore. So I will marked that this case is solved by the first solver of @dos2unix, thanks. I am thinking to open a new topic for the last error.
