In my interpretation - there are (minimum 3 ) real hardware devices in RAID5 array.
Then there is "md" software device keeping it all organized / in synch.
"file manager" lets me access all of these hardware devices - with some effort .
"md" is not manually writable.
However - since "md" keeps taps on these hardware devices
should I write only to one device ?
Is that correct ?
