MariaDB port problem

hi all,
I installed mariadb on centos 7 and I will modify the server.cnf file in /etc/my.cnf.d but the parameters are not taken into account by mariadb it looks like it ignores the server.cnf file I have already tried with another port nothing changes and the port is not used in another application

Please help moi

it's good i have remove dans clean all file mariadb and install mariadb 10.4 no pb !
