I just ordered an 8 inch rugged tablet with Windows 10 pre-installed on this, and I am planning to install a Linux Distro/OS onto it for the purposes of being a Vehicle Telematics Tablet. The Tablet is powered by the Z8350, which I understand allows for Linux to be installed.
I want to install Aspinwall or similar so I can create widgets on a simple Homescreen. But what I want to do is to be able to create a File, ISO or similar so when I do sell these Tablets, all I need to do is install the ready-made applications.
Firstly. What is the recommended Mobile OS, Distro or Kernel?
And secondly, What is a good Launcher which allows for Widgets to be created & replicated?
