I had that issue before on a VM I decided to do a re-installation.

You'll have to modify your kernel boot parameter.

Could you help me on that please, I'm too fedup today. I'm not too familiar to Linux properly , Although i'm a Windows user so it's too difficult for me.

Definitely looks like part of your file system is missing. Did you move this VM from somewhere else by chance? If you are not concerned with data or configuration on the VM it would likely be easier to just spin up a new one.
