How i know shortcuts to application

Hello all,
I've start to work in a place with Linux CENTOS work space and I have few miss understanding.

1. I don't know how to get access to software from terminal. For example MatLab in find is matlab2019 but what about others application
2. In terminal after one commend I cant make another (I add image that will explained)

In the above screenshot - you're running matlab2019 in the terminal.
And it looks like Matlab is expecting you to enter some Matlab commands. Unfortunately - I'm not familiar with Matlab, or it's programming/scripting language.

But pressing Ctrl+d should exit Matlab and return you to the bash shell. Then you'll be able to use normal bash commands.
