Color wash / yellows and greens

I have a color wash issue with yellows and greens on my new computer (Minisforum UM773 Lite) and my Samsung 32" TV/Monitor. Many details available at this thread:

I'm looking for direction on how to debug this issue; so far it defies resolution.
