If you want one of the new themes from MX 25 to add to another distro's XFCE:

Download and drag and drop the folder into "Appearance".

Realized afterwards also need to copy the following folders into the usr/share/themes folder to get the matching login/lock screen.

/usr/share/themes/mx-matcha
/usr/share/themes/mx-matcha-dark

Also make sure "Set matching Xfwm4 theme if there is one" in "Appearance" is toggled on.
