linux unified key setup

Hi, I am on a custom distro which is based on RHEL9 with the root partition and a non-root partition encrypted. I am encrypting through the ks.cfg. When I try to do a reimage, I get the error: Error: Expected exactly one lukshdr backup file, but found 2. How do I resolve this issue?
