I have a ferly large, new Android tablet, & thying to get away from Google. Can you suggest something small, & easy 4 a 78 year old man?

You probably can de-google your current tablet (Replace google's apps with 3rd party, But please don't get rid of google play, as that controls notifications and is a pain to get reinstalled sometimes)
Otherwise, the only thing I can really think of is And I Sadly must say an IPad Mini.

I do run Linux on a Windows-Based tablet, And that is a bit complicated.
