An aerator screws onto the end of a faucet. You don't need a wrench to install it, but a small towel may help you protect the aerator from damage. The outer aerator screws onto the faucet's end, while the inner aerator is held in place by a ring cap. An aerator is sometimes difficult to remove by hand, so you may want to use a special tool for this task.
