    well i am in reg user. but also this is not kali purple vm it is the main o/s on this computer now i do have like 4 diffrnt desktops like plasma kde and xfce etc and yes i did do sudo apt-get update && sudo apt get upgrade && sudo make clean with and with out -y or -f
