Industrial Electrician working on injection molding controller not booting... HELP!!! I know absolutely nothing on Linux and am at square one.

Basically I am tasked with fixing this problem. The machine was running fine last week. The controller was powered down and upon turning the power back on this screen has appeared when booting up. Any help would be much appreciated.
