The sheer volume of Linux documentation and information about Linux in general is enormous. For this reason, we're in the process of upgrading our search
engine to get you the exact documents you're looking for in the fastest
and easiest way possible. You may be unable to access some of the documents
listed during this transition period, but as work progresses, the search
engine will improve.
We would like to suggest some ways of getting more information in your
searches. Please use single keywords whenever possible. For example,
if you are looking for information on using Linux with a laptop computer,
use the single word "laptop" to get the best possible results. You will
soon be able to use standard search expressions (AND, OR and NOT) or symbols
(&, | and !) to improve your searches.
If you fill in your e-mail address in our URL Watch service at the bottom
of the page, you will be notified when this page is updated and our search
engine is upgraded.
We also suggest that you visit our applications listings or our documentation area to browse
through or search for specific items there.
