I have a Logitec ERGO K860 Bluetooth keyboard and an ERGO M575 Bluetooth trackball. I installed LMDE 6 a couple of weeks ago. When I made the changeover, the keyboard and trackball stopped working. Upon research, I learned that it is a common issue when changing over to Linux. I did some more research and found a solution on GitHub - LogiOps by PixiOne. I tried to install it, but in the end, it was like I was stuck in mud and going nowhere. Is there anybody here who has run into this problem and has a solution or could literally walk me through the GitHub solution step-by-step?

I have spent the last couple of weeks figuring out a printer problem. Now time for the next item on the list to be fixed.Code:System: Kernel: 6.1.0-16-amd64 arch: x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 12.2.0 Desktop: Cinnamon v: 5.8.4 tk: GTK v: 3.24.38 wm: muffin dm: LightDM Distro: LMDE 6 Faye base: Debian 12.1 bookworm Machine: Type: Desktop System: ASUS product: N/A v: N/A serial: <superuser required> Mobo: ASUSTeK model: TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS (WI-FI) v: Rev X.0x serial: <superuser required> UEFI: American Megatrends v: 1202 date: 10/22/2020 CPU: Info: 8-core model: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X bits: 64 type: MT MCP arch: Zen 3+ rev: 0 cache: L1: 512 KiB L2: 4 MiB L3: 32 MiB Speed (MHz): avg: 2458 high: 4716 min/max: 2200/4850 boost: enabled cores: 1: 2200 2: 2200 3: 4716 4: 2200 5: 2200 6: 2200 7: 2200 8: 2094 9: 2200 10: 2200 11: 2200 12: 3800 13: 2200 14: 2200 15: 2200 16: 2320 bogomips: 121366 Flags: avx avx2 ht lm nx pae sse sse2 sse3 sse4_1 sse4_2 sse4a ssse3 svm Graphics: Device-1: AMD Navi 22 [Radeon RX 6700/6700 XT/6750 XT / 6800M/6850M XT] vendor: Gigabyte driver: amdgpu v: kernel arch: RDNA-2 pcie: speed: 16 GT/s lanes: 16 ports: active: HDMI-A-2 empty: DP-1,DP-2,HDMI-A-1 bus-ID: 0a:00.0 chip-ID: 1002:73df Display: x11 server: X.Org v: 1.21.1.7 with: Xwayland v: 22.1.9 driver: X: loaded: amdgpu unloaded: fbdev,modesetting,radeon,vesa dri: radeonsi gpu: amdgpu display-ID: :0 screens: 1 Screen-1: 0 s-res: 3840x2160 s-dpi: 96 Monitor-1: HDMI-A-2 mapped: HDMI-A-1 model: INSIGNIA-TV res: 3840x2160 dpi: 138 diag: 1079mm (42.5") API: OpenGL v: 4.6 Mesa 22.3.6 renderer: AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT (navi22 LLVM 15.0.6 DRM 3.49 6.1.0-16-amd64) direct-render: Yes Audio: Device-1: AMD Navi 21/23 HDMI/DP Audio driver: snd_hda_intel v: kernel pcie: speed: 16 GT/s lanes: 16 bus-ID: 0a:00.1 chip-ID: 1002:ab28 Device-2: AMD Starship/Matisse HD Audio vendor: ASUSTeK driver: snd_hda_intel v: kernel pcie: speed: 16 GT/s lanes: 16 bus-ID: 0c:00.4 chip-ID: 1022:1487 API: ALSA v: k6.1.0-16-amd64 status: kernel-api Server-1: JACK v: 1.9.21 status: off Server-2: PipeWire v: 0.3.65 status: active with: 1: pipewire-pulse status: active 2: wireplumber status: active 3: pipewire-alsa type: plugin Network: Device-1: Broadcom NetXtreme II BCM5709 Gigabit Ethernet driver: bnx2 v: kernel pcie: speed: 2.5 GT/s lanes: 4 port: N/A bus-ID: 04:00.0 chip-ID: 14e4:1639 IF: enp4s0f0 state: down mac: <filter> Device-2: Broadcom NetXtreme II BCM5709 Gigabit Ethernet driver: bnx2 v: kernel pcie: speed: 2.5 GT/s lanes: 4 port: N/A bus-ID: 04:00.1 chip-ID: 14e4:1639 IF: enp4s0f1 state: down mac: <filter> Device-3: Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 driver: iwlwifi v: kernel pcie: speed: 5 GT/s lanes: 1 bus-ID: 06:00.0 chip-ID: 8086:2723 IF: wlp6s0 state: up mac: <filter> Device-4: Realtek RTL8125 2.5GbE vendor: ASUSTeK driver: r8169 v: kernel pcie: speed: 5 GT/s lanes: 1 port: f000 bus-ID: 07:00.0 chip-ID: 10ec:8125 IF: enp7s0 state: up speed: 1000 Mbps duplex: full mac: <filter> Bluetooth: Device-1: Intel AX200 Bluetooth type: USB driver: btusb v: 0.8 bus-ID: 1-5:4 chip-ID: 8087:0029 Report: hciconfig ID: hci0 rfk-id: 0 state: up address: <filter> bt-v: 3.0 lmp-v: 5.2 sub-v: 200f Drives: Local Storage: total: 4.09 TiB used: 65.09 GiB (1.6%) ID-1: /dev/nvme0n1 vendor: Western Digital model: WDBRPG0010BNC-WRSN size: 931.51 GiB speed: 31.6 Gb/s lanes: 4 serial: <filter> temp: 46.9 C ID-2: /dev/nvme1n1 vendor: Western Digital model: WD BLACK SN850 1TB size: 931.51 GiB speed: 63.2 Gb/s lanes: 4 serial: <filter> temp: 44.9 C ID-3: /dev/sda vendor: Western Digital model: WDBNCE0010PNC size: 931.51 GiB speed: 6.0 Gb/s serial: <filter> ID-4: /dev/sdb vendor: Western Digital model: WDBNCE5000PNC size: 465.76 GiB speed: 6.0 Gb/s serial: <filter> ID-5: /dev/sdc vendor: Western Digital model: WD10EZEX-22MFCA0 size: 931.51 GiB speed: 6.0 Gb/s serial: <filter> Partition: ID-1: / size: 883.82 GiB used: 32.54 GiB (3.7%) fs: ext4 dev: /dev/dm-0 mapped: lvmlmde-root ID-2: /boot/efi size: 285.4 MiB used: 5.8 MiB (2.0%) fs: vfat dev: /dev/nvme0n1p1 Swap: Alert: No swap data was found.
