Wifi mystery

Hi, I recently put ubuntu 14.04 lts on my old Samsung NC10 netbook. The wifi has been working brilliantly from the get go. I took it to uni and tried to access eduroam, by first downloading and installing the eduroam CAT. The installation did not seem to work and it terminated the install by saying it had made a wpa_supplicant.conf file.

I took it home and now it cannot connect to any wifi. Any ideas as to how to undo the damage?

Erm.. I've had a look this morning and it all works fine now. Must have just had a moment. Tune in again soon for another enthralling Linux mystery!

:p

The wifi module probably just had to be reloaded. Happens all the time with my Intel 7260 on campus wifi...mainly due to roaming.
