Wifi adaptor not working

Hello total new guy here. I recently bought a dell computer with Linux 19.3 installed it had no wireless driver. So i bought a realtek wifi dongle and when i plugit in to usb it is not regonized

What is Linux 19.3? Do you mean Ubuntu 19.04? Or somthing else?

What is the make and model of the dongle? What is the output, when the dongle is inserted, and you input to a Terminal
