So the other day I was watching some videos and the next day I tried to watch some videos and every video was automatically muted and I can't unmute the videos. What is this??? Apparently someone changed my settings on firefox to mute all websites because I was watching videos one day with sound and the next day every video muted. Can some one elaborate please???? I'm confused.

type sound into menu and check that LM22 has not muted the sound

There is a :test sound" on the main sound page...click it and test

You are right, it was muted. I didn't mute it,so did the browser mute itself? But yeah the volume is working again now, I just had to change the settings back to allow audio and video. It was set to video only. Appreciate the guidance Condobloke,...

@davinci74 :-

We have to watch what we're doing in Puppy Linux. Left-click on our volume icon brings up the control; right-click brings up a small context menu. Middle-click on the same icon mutes/unmutes the sound....

That wee icon does a lot of different things depending on what button you click. I've lost track - over the last 10 yrs or so - of the number of noobs who've muted the audio by mistake..!

Mike. :D
