Rather typical midday Texas storm caused power failure - couple hours - no big deal.
Now I cannot get into my RAID5 - Ubuntu OS keeps scanning for it .
I did check it using mdadm and found some inconsistencies.

Raid Devices : 3
Total Devices : 2

no failed devices, but device 0 removed

Should I just sit tight and see if device 0 gets reinstalled ( about 30 GB per HDD) or just manually add
another drive ?

I have added another dev using mdadm- orignal remowed by power failiure. That "cleared" the array, but now Ubuntu is saying "can't do - another operation is in progess " when I try to open the main folder in file manager.
