Hey guys

I'm new on linux, i've just installed Ubuntu 19.10 and when i open Web Browser sometimes they're freezing but cursor is working

G'day and welcome to linux.org

Which browser ?

What are the specs of your pc/laptop ?

You could also try Chromium browser...it should be located in software manager on 19.1

Are there any other signs of freezing in the pc ?

It sounds very much like either insufficient ram or maybe a slow processor or possibly even a graphics card driver glitch.

Give us some detail...Brand/model/cpu/ram/ etc etc etc

Hello l0rtk1pan1dz3,

Welcome to Linux.org.

Please list your system specs make / model / processor / amount of memory / graphics card or integrated graphics adapter.

Ubuntu is a resource demanding distro and can and will load a processor if the graphics card isn't powerful enough to run Gnome3 user interface.

OK are you using a graphics card or onboard integrated graphics because the motherboard shows to have integrated graphics.

If so that could be the problem as Ubuntu needs a real graphics card to run it properly as it is requires a lot of system resources resource demanding.

If you are using a graphics card based on the specs you posted the graphics card GF119 [GeForce GT 520] may not be able to run Ubuntu without a proprietary graphics driver.

Have you looked in additional drivers under software and updates to see if a graphics driver is available.

You also might want to try a lighter weight Linux Distro such as Linux Mint 19.1 Xfce or Linux Mint 19.2 Xfce.
