Hey everyone,

We've just switched forum software from vBulletin v4 to XenForo. We're still updating things, but please let us know if you run into anything.

Thanks!
Rob

Congratulations on the move. A great one to make, no doubt about it.

Gabak,

I started using vBulletin back in or around 2002. It was great.. it was pretty much the one you'd get if your site was too big for the free software out at that point.

In 2010, xenforo hit the market. It was new, not many plugins, but I bought a copy and used it on another site.I got vb for linuxforum.com because at that point xenforo wasn't proven yet, plus it didn't have as many features as vb.

Fast forward to today... while vb has more addons than xenforo, xenforo still can get the job done and has plenty of addons and functionality. It's smoother feeling, faster loading, looks nicer, etc..

Just my opinion :)

Great changes, Rob.
I see XenForo having easy-to-use front-end interfaces. Keep it working.
Nice regards.
