Hi,

I am running windows 10, and Ubuntu 20.04 from USB.

I wanted to find out if there was a way to install windows programs to the windows directory

No, only through Windows can you install Windows applications in the Windows directory.

Now, you can install WINE and then install Windows applications, but those go into their own pseudo file system.

You could probably manually place executables and shortcuts for Windows software, but I'm not gonna suggest that.
