Want to know how to make a bootable pen drive of Centos 6.0

From previous 1 week i am trying to make bootable pen drive of centos os but unable to do that,
I have tried on windows and also centos to make it, i tried unetbootin,universal usb, yumi,iso2usb etc. on windows but it doesn't work only Universal-USB-Installer-1.9.5.6 makes the pendrive bootable but after some steps it say that the installer has tried to mount image #1 but cannot find on the hard drive , and i installed unetbootin on centos but it doesnot create a bootable pen drive.
Please help me its very urgent for me to make pen drive i have no DVD rom I will be thankful to you.

Are you sure that you have a good ISO?

Yes we are sure and we have the a DVD from which we have created the ISO image, and from this DVD everything is going well in installation.
