The other HDD needs to be set as primary drive to boot in your BIOS.
Then insert Windows bootable USB, boot from it from boot menu, and install it to that other drive.

Keep in mind that you'll no longer be able to boot Mint unless you switch boot order in BIOS.

In the Bios settings i only see the Linux SSD, dunno why.

I'd open the case and make sure it's connected properly.
Is this a laptop or PC? Is connected

@Madd00x
You have a problem with this partition layout because boot/efi is on another disk.

The easiest method is to like @GatorsFan said to first install Windows followed by Linux because otherwise Windows will overwrite your Linux.

You need to make sure that Linux is install to one disk only (same for Windows), currently Mint occupies both disks so that's likely why Windows can't use the other disk.

I think the problem is that your boot/efi partition was overwritten by grub so Windows can't boot.
