Good afternoon!

I have Kubuntu 22.04 on good hardware: i7-12700f, GeForce 3060 Ti 8 Gb, 32 Gb RAM
The question is: is it possible to install some kind of VM with Windows 10 so that the video card is fully used in it and that, in terms of ease of use, it would end up like with VirtualBox: I launched Windows on the neighboring desktop into Kubuntu when I needed to switch there for a while and returned to my usual working env.?

You would need to do a pci-passthrough from your host to your vm but there are more guides on how to do it with a Qemu/Kvm setup so I'm not sure how well it works with Virtualbox.

Very useful videos, thanks! Is it means that I need 2 videocards? One for guest Windows and another one for host Kubuntu?

Yes that is correct, you need two video cards one for the host and one to pass-through to your Windows guest vm.
