Using a plugin to enchance sound output.

Can i use vst (or other) plugin for processing all the output in system? I need to watch online video, and sometimes it has poor sound volume.

VLC player could play URLs from YouTube in Windows, but it doesn't work in Linux. So, i want to use some plugins to compress and EQ sound of the watching video.

Can you explain that in a little more detail? And, yes, I appreciate that English may not be your first language, given the Cyrillic Alphabet I saw in one of your other threads (topics).

Could you provide a screenshot (picture) of the problem with VLC?

VLC - media - open URL:
Youtube videos: VLC plays it, but when i try to navigate to another time position, video stops.
Youtube translations: VLC only shows a picture (just one current frame), not a translation, not playing any sound.
