G'day, Welcome to Linux.org

You will need to disable Secure boot in the bios

To access secure boot, in bios, go to either security or boot.

Find 'Supervisor Password' enable it and give it a password.....keep the password SIMPLE (write it down)

Then disable the supervisor password

You should then see secure boot in either security or boot

Take another look and make sure it says Disabled.....

For anyone interested to understand the error message about SBAT security violation read this:

A quick fix that may work is to reset CMOS.
If that doesn't work, go to BIOS and try find SBAT option and disable it.

What's happening is that SBAT policy prevents GRUB from being installed, so the system can't boot.

If there is a setting for fast boot or quick boot in the bios you need to disable that also.
Which distros did you try? Did they all run in live session? If this is going to be a linux install and your now trying to do daul boot with windows try disabling the UEFI and go with legacy bios.

Something doesn't look quite right... looks deeply into crystal ball,.. it's a bit fogged up today, but am I seeing an Acer Aspire 1 a114-31 Netbook from 2016 ? If so, It probably has a 32gb eMMC main drive soldered to the MB. which would not be big enough for multi booting, as an entry level machine It will never be quick, check the bios and make sure you disable Secure boot and windows fast boot/quick start both in the bios, and do a full power reboot, [not a re-start] use the primary USB port [usually the closest to the power input]
