Ubuntu Upgrade and Problem in Running PyCharm

I have updated my Ubuntu yesterday (14 Sep 2024) Other applications seem but in 02 places there is problem
1. Ubuntu Software Window opens but once I try to see already installed software those dont appear.
2. PyCharm is not working properly and if I want to uninstall I cannot from Ubuntu Software Window.

I have dual operating systems in my machines. Windows & Linux.
